Ugh! So bad! (Heroes rant)
I can't even wait till the end of this episode to express my rage. Ugh, eck, ick!

I can't remember if it's in the book, but in the movie Misery the psycho lady goes off on a rant about how the serial movies she used to see in the theater cheated one day. At the end of one the hero drives a car off a cliff, but in the start of the next he leaps out in time. It really pissed her off. It was a great scene, great movie. I had a similar reaction to the start of this episode.

Bah! I spit on the show. To think the character I liked the most is key to my extreme disgust with it now.

Maybe if they actually *kill* multiple people this episode, it'll be okay... but that'll never happen. Sigh.

(will rant more in this post no doubt after end of episode)

I haven't seen it yet. Probably tomorrow. But! Your indignation just makes me morbidly curious.

And I totally agree about killing characters. COME ON PEOPLE MAKE IT EASIER ON YOURSELF.

As for me, well, I was willing to overlook the geeky technicality that solar eclipses only last, at most, two minutes, and only cover a very small part of the Earth (like a swath a few hundred miles wide). I put it down to the classic plot technique of dilatory time (where events that only last a few minutes are stretched out over the much longer time).

But when we entered our second episode in eclipse...

Also, I'm getting tired of the 'Hey i've just realized something, now I must run off somewhere else' thing. There's a lot of that.

And I'm especially mad about the 'hey I was only fooling about having reformed, now I'm back to killing' thing...

One of the first things that struck me about Heroes was "wow, the idea is so good, and the writing/acting is so awful on every level." So much potential, squandered. Lame.

Heroes is *so* bad, I just watch it anymore to see just how bad it can get.

My favorite part? A 2-hour-long eclipse that no one seems to want to even look at aside from the people whose powers it took away.

Also, what's up with Horn-Rim watching Sylar and Electro-girl have sex before trying to kill them?

I wanted to throw things whenever Claire was on the screen - die and resurrect already!

GOD, this show is SO BAD. I normally only catch the last 15 minutes of it each week because of my shift at the theater, but they're always SO BAD, that I never want to go back and see what happened for the first three quarters.

GOD, and to think that it was interesting for the first season! And I didn't think it could reek worse than season 2, but it does. IT DOES. GOD, why is Mohinder SO DUMB? Why do they repeat the same actions OVER AND OVER AGAIN?

GOD! SO BAD!
